Peltier Outfitters began as a father-and-son passion for the outdoors, trading big game hunts for friends and fellow sportsmen. As interest grew throughout the local community and surrounding businesses, what started as a hobby naturally evolved into a family-run business.
Living and hunting in Brazoria County, we share our backyard with one of North America's most impressive predators—the American alligator. Managing the local population and filling our annual CITES tags became an easy decision, allowing us to combine conservation, responsible wildlife management, and unforgettable outdoor experiences.
Along the way, a close friend joined the team and became one of our guides, helping us build the welcoming, family-oriented atmosphere that defines every hunt. With the continued support of our wives, family, and friends, Peltier Outfitters has grown into a business built on relationships, tradition, and a passion for the outdoors.
Today, we're proud to welcome hunters from across Texas and beyond to experience the thrill of harvesting one of the oldest and most fascinating creatures on earth. More than a hunt, it's an opportunity to create lasting memories, enjoy the outdoors, and become part of a tradition that means so much to our family.
Gator Grounds
Peltier Lakes and the surrounding farmland are located in Brazoria County, Texas. In addition to the tags allocated to our properties, we work closely with local landowners to acquire additional alligator tags from neighboring farms, helping us provide more hunting opportunities throughout the season.

Casey Stanley
A military veteran with 8 years of alligator hunting experience, Casey combines expertise, dedication, and local knowledge to help create a safe and memorable hunt. Casey stays on GO!
Patrick and Lex
Known as the boss man and his right-hand man, Lex and Patrick have spent countless hours in these marshes and know where the big gators like to hide
Dillon Peltier
Dillon may be the one answering the phone(sometimes) and booking the hunts, but he can't always keep his head on straight. Thankfully, that's why the rest of the guide team is around—to keep him pointed in the right direction and make sure every hunt is a success.
